Frank Stafford
Director, PSID and Research Professor (Economics)
University of Michigan

Frank P. Stafford (Ph.D., Economics, University of Chicago, 1968) is Director of the Panel Study of Income Dynamics (PSID), Senior Research Scientist at the Survey Research Center and Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Michigan. His research experience includes comparative work with microdata studying labor supply, child care, and on-the-job training. His current research interests include household saving and human capital formation, time use, international technology flows, and the impact of monetary policy on household spending and portfolio adjustment.
