Selcuk Eren
Research Scholar
Levy Economics Institute of Bard College

Selcuk Eren currently works as a research scholar at Levy Economics Institute of Bard College. His current research deals with domestic and international migration of labor, income and educational mobility in developing countries, distribution of income and wealth and measures of well-being with a focus on effects of government programs on economic well-being in the United States and other developed countries, among other topics in applied microeconomics. Previously, he worked as an assistant professor of economics at Hamilton College, NY. He taught microeconomics, macroeconomics, health economics and economics of immigration at Hamilton College. Dr. Eren received his Ph.D. in economics from Stony Brook University, NY in 2006.
