- Take-up of Part D is very high with fewer than 10% of seniors left without
coverage
- Those with higher use of prescription drugs or worse self-reported health in 2004 were more likely to sign up for Part D.
- Take-up of the low-income subsidy is quite low. Many respondents report they had not heard about the extra help.
